We caught up with the singer ahead of her final tour dates to chat about her role as the face of Calvin Klein’s new Euphoria Signature Elixir

If you’ve been following Rosalía on her mega six-month Lux tour , you’ve seen the beautiful, powerful outfits that call back to her opera-inspired album. But one part of her outfit you may have missed: her fragrance, specifically Calvin Klein’s newest Euphoria Signature Elixir.
“I don’t like scents that disappear soon, especially in the nighttime. But this one stays with you,” she tells Bazaar . “The formula has long-lasting powers .” After a whirlwind year on tour and following her acting debut in Euphoria, she continues her streak as the face of the new fragrance.
“I really feel honored to be an ambassador of it and be an image of it, because hopefully these perfumes will create a lot of memories for a lot of people now and in the future,” she adds.
Ahead of the singer’s last week of her Lux tour, we sat down with her to talk about when she’ll be spritzing the new Euphoria Signature Elixir once her tour is over and ahead of this weekend’s full moon—plus what comes after the Lux tour.
Any outfit that I would wear to go on stage. When I choose an outfit to go on stage, it’s the one that actually changes my energy and puts me in the focus and feeling I need to channel on stage.
I would say the one from the fourth act. This structure of the skirt and the big headpieces that have a cross shape. I feel refreshed in that moment of the show because it's a complete change, yet it's very connected with the rest of the acts. Sometimes we did it in green on the upper part or in pink for Mexico.
I really want to go back home and see my family. That’s my priority number one. It’s been really challenging to do a show every night in different countries. I want to finish it in the best way possible, and then we’ll see.
I definitely give it importance, and I have since I was a kid because I would see my mom always collecting perfume. Then, I remember she had this cabinet, a little piece of furniture in her bathroom with glass, so you could see all the beautiful bottles displayed and the beautiful soaps that she bought in France. They were in these new art-shaped, gorgeous bottles. I was not tall enough to reach them, but I would smell them through my mom, so that was how I could get close to them and understand those smells through her wearing them.
I remember a couple of months ago I met Carmina, a newborn baby of a friend of mine, Carlota , who is a photographer. She has done a lot of work with Solange and is really good. She’s from Barcelona, and my sister and I were hanging out with her, and it was so special to meet Carmina. Carlota was like, "Do you want to hold her?” She was so delicate, and she smelled so pure. It was the most beautiful smell of a newborn. I was very impressed with it.
I hope euphoria can come while I'm on stage. So before going on stage, I need the opposite. That's why I go for candles; I meditate, I move. There’s something about meditation and movement that instantly connects me. If there’s space, I do free movement. For meditation, I usually just look at the candle. Then, praying and letting go. While I perform, there’s also this smoke dispenser that moves from side to side, and there’s a palo santo smell in it for the audience to also experience.…
