Last night’s premiere at Hollywood’s Dolby Theater marked the final stop for Spider-Man: Brand New Day ’s international tour. Along with Zendaya’s wet-look “Spider Bangs,” which captured Bazaar editors’ attention, Sadie Sink’s cool-girl makeup was also noteworthy during the evening’s red carpet.
Celebrity artist Nina Park shares with Bazaar that the actress’s premiere glam was largely inspired by her plunging custom metallic Prada gown. “Sadie’s silver gown has such a beautiful softness and movement, so I wanted the makeup to reflect that feeling. Delicate, airy eyes paired with radiant skin create a look that feels fresh, refined, and effortlessly polished,” says Park.
After prepping the star’s skin with Biodance essentials, including its Collagen Gel Toner Pads and Pore Perfecting Collagen Peptide Cream , the artist used Guerlain makeup to capture Sink’s fresh-faced radiance. In addition to Guerlain’s Terracotta Le Teint Glow Foundation in shade 0.5N and Terracotta Concealer in 0N, Park completed the star’s base using the Precious Light Illuminator in 0 Light Rosy, and set it all with the brand’s Parure Gold Skin Diamond Micro-Powder in 01 Transparent. Next, the artist used Terracotta The Bronzing Powder in 00 Light Cool to add a hint of warmth, along with Guerlain’s Terracotta Luminizer in 00 Cool Ivory, and Terracotta Blush in 02 Light Coral for a natural-looking flush.
Sink’s streamlined eye look was created using a total of three products: Guerlain’s Ombres G Eyeshadow Quad in shade Birdy Beige, The Eye Pencil in 01 Black Ebony, and the Noir G Mascara in 01 Black. Additionally, her full brows were lightly enhanced using the brand’s Brow G Brow Pencil in 02 Auburn. To complete the actress’s premiere makeup, Park lined her lips using the Contour G Lip Pencil in 02 Le Beige Praline before applying Rouge G Lipstick in 234 L’Orange Sienne – Velvet , housed in the brand’s unreleased Le Python case (sign up for its presale list here ).
Guerlain’s beige nude liner and matte orange-brown lipstick enhanced the tone of Sink’s copper-auburn hair instead of competing against it. “I wanted the lip color to feel soft and understated but still grounding. A soft deep coral added just enough warmth to complement the cool tones while keeping the overall look fresh, elegant, and effortless,” adds Park.
