Here are all five main bosses you'll fight in Marvel's Wolverine :

In the Marvel universe, he's essentially the KGB's answer to Captain America, and in this game, he's employed by Bolivar Trask to help him capture and kill mutants.

Wolverine encounters Omega Red during the opening sections of the game, when he, along with Sabretooth and Mystique, are tasked with infiltrating Trask's compound and rescuing the Team X leader, Nathaniel Essex. This boss fight acts as the end of the tutorial, but don't expect it to be a walk in the park.

Omega Red has two metal tentacles he'll fling at Wolverine in a variety of patterns, and he's capable of picking up nearby objects and throwing them too. Upon winning the fight, Wolverine rips his arms clean off his torso though, so he is definitely dead.

Wolverine encounters it with Mystique, and this is a very classic video game-style boss fight, where the foe is trapped in place because this big evil bot is still in its factory and doesn't have legs yet.

It will repeatedly fire lasers and pound the ground to inflict damage on Wolverine, while Mystique shoots at it from up on a ledge. Every time its arms come down, Wolverine can attack them to destroy the cables within, and when the boss is staggered, it falls to the ground, leaving itself open to more attacks.

The second stage of this fight heads outside, at which point Sabretooth shows up to lend a hand, and eventually, Wolverine manages to decapitate the huge robot. Trask then detonates its core, but Nathaniel Essex shows up and prevents the explosion. When the gang captures Trask, Wolverine sticks his claws through his back, killing him once and for all.
