Wizz Air, the low-cost airline, reported a sharp decline in its annual profits to €2.2 million, compared to €225.8 million the previous year.
Although Wizz Air managed to avoid the expected losses, its profits are nearly disappearing.
The company stated that it could not provide forecasts for the next year, citing volatility from the conflict and the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as contributing factors.
Its operating profit amounted to €139.7 million for the year ending in March, a 16.6% decrease from the previous year.
