Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) has signed an agreement to acquire a stake in React Holding, the Abu Dhabi-based integrated media, events and communications group.

The partnership will bring React’s media, events and production capabilities into ADCG’s business ecosystem, supporting existing businesses and creating opportunities for new investments and joint ventures.

The size of the stake and financial terms were not disclosed in the announcement.

Founded in 2006, React Holding comprises specialist companies including React Events, Mediabase, Redpill, Clue Media, Impulse Gulf, Vision X and Horecons. Its businesses span events and exhibitions, media, outdoor advertising, creative production and fabrication, television and content production, audiovisual technology, digital solutions and immersive experiences.

The agreement was signed on October 22 at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, Abu Dhabi, by Khalifa Al Mazrouei, Group Chief Investment Officer of ADCG and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Al Ain Club, and Joseph Badr, Chief Executive Officer of React Holding.

Through the partnership, the organisations aim to combine React’s operations, industry expertise and business network with ADCG’s investment capabilities and international reach to support growth in the UAE, regionally and internationally.
