JetBlue is expanding transcontinental flying out of Fort Lauderdale, adding more daily business class service to San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

The premium expansion is part of the carrier’s efforts to turn Fort Lauderdale into a third base following Spirit’s collapse. JetBlue has added dozens of new routes out of the Florida city, with many overlapping with Spirit’s former routes.
