Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced: Here’s how the remake looks in terms of graphics and gameplay compared to the original – IGN First coverage

When it comes to remaking beloved games, it can be incredibly tricky to determine whether a project will make substantial changes that succeed in capturing what made the original game special, whether those aspects have aged poorly, or if they’re merely cosmetic enhancements that don’t make replaying worth it. Based on the time I’ve spent playing some of the redesigned missions in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, I feel much more confident that this second journey in the Caribbean seas will fall into the former category. More on this topic, Ubisoft admits that the story of Assassin's Creed Shadows did not achieve the desired engagement and concludes the game with a final update. After playing several missions recently, I have a better sense of what to expect from this ambitious remake, which includes narrative additions, new assassination options, and many other details and enhancements that have increased my desire to dive back into the legendary Kenway saga, filled with looting and emptying flintlock pistols into the chests of unsuspecting lawmen.
