It was reported that the health condition of the artist Fadl Shaker is deteriorating due to symptoms of diabetes and heart disease that he has been suffering from for a long time.
Special sources indicate that the refusal of his release request to receive treatment is recurring despite medical reports that prove his deteriorating condition and need for treatment in favorable conditions.
The delay in issuing a decision affects his health condition and postpones the artist Shaker's right to appropriate healthcare. It is noteworthy that Shaker surrendered confidently to the Lebanese judiciary due to his trust in the new era free from partisan influence; thus, there is no legal reason preventing the court from accepting his release despite the fact that he has served less than a full year in prison by one month.
It is noted that three officers responsible for the security files in which the artist was accused recently testified to prove Fadl's innocence, and their testimony was in his favor and in favor of justice.
In this context, special sources confirmed that Fadl has not undergone general examinations and has not visited a hospital for the past 13 years, which necessitates putting those concerned before their legal responsibilities away from any confusion or politicization.
