Kyle Ryde now has more victories in 2026 than he did in the entire 2025 British Superbike Championship season after securing victory in Race Two at Knockhill.
Ryde took the lead back from Scott Redding midway through the opening lap and, in a carbon copy of Saturday’s race , held position for the remainder despite pressure from Bradley Ray.
It’s Ryde’s seventh victory of the season, which is one more than he accumulated in his second title-winning campaign last year . With Redding coming home behind Ray in third, Ryde now holds a 25-point advantage in the standings.
Storm Stacey finished fourth after going down the inside of Max Cook at the final corner and beating the Bimota rider in a drag race to the chequered flag. Fifth for Cook is a positive result after he crashed in both qualifying and the opening race on Saturday .
Leon Haslam made it four Ducati riders inside the top six onboard the Moto Rapido Racing V4 R, crossing the line ahead of DAO Racing Honda riders Josh Brookes and Lee Jackson.
Danny Kent was ninth, whilst reigning National Superstock Championship Ilya Mikhalchik claimed his maiden BSB top 10 finish in 10 th onboard the Rokit BMW Motorrad M1000 RR .
Fraser Rogers and Jason O’Halloran finished 11 th and 12 th respectively, with Charlie Nesbitt, Rhys Irwin and Graeme Irwin securing the final points available in the race.
Rory Skinner retired from fourth position at the end of the second lap due to a problem with his Cheshire Mouldings Yamaha.
The safety car was released on lap five due an incident involving Joe Talbot, Luke Hedger and Richard Kerr at the final corner. All three riders were assessed at the scene.
Christian Iddon crashed at the final corner at the end of lap 10, whilst Ryan Vickers suffered a fast crash out of sixth at turn three on the following lap.
Glenn Irwin crashed out of fourth on the 12 th lap at turn seven and appeared to be in some discomfort afterwards.
The third and final BSB race of the weekend at Knockhill is due to take place at 16:15.
