The judicial decision successfully shields the Iraqi government from paying a massive financial claim totaling $53 million USD brought forward by a Jordanian commercial firm.
According to the official statement, the final verdict was handed down by a US Federal Court, completely dismissing all financial claims and lawsuits brought by the Jordanian company against several state-owned enterprises operating under the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals.
