The reports also indicated that "the proposed name for the position of General Manager of the State Employees Cooperative is Nazih Hamoud, and the Minister of Energy will submit two alternative names for both the Chairman and a member of the Electricity Regulatory Authority, with the government likely to appoint one of them or postpone the search for them."
