A look back at the series' history on the occasion of the Black Flag remake!
0 Twitter Telegram Whatsapp Facebook The Assassin’s Creed series consists of dozens of games, and while the series hasn't always focused on powerful bosses, many of them have provided challenges to players over the years. This has increased in recent years as Ubisoft, the developer, is looking for ways to engage players in the long term, but even the first Assassin's Creed had its own boss that posed a significant challenge. Now, let’s take a look at the most notable bosses in the history of the series.
El Impoluto from Assassin’s Creed: Rogue also deserves mention here, but the key point is that the legendary ships in both games form a large collection. The naval combat presented in this installment is one of the standout features of that game and is largely a fun addition that adds more variety to combat.
However, when you chase El Impoluto, things turn upside down. This Spanish warship is larger, faster, and deadlier than any other ship, plus, it is the only Man-o’-War equipped with a ram cannon, so expect to see it ram into the side of your ship. It also roams a part of the ocean, so it’s not impossible to encounter it when you are weak and unprepared. In this case, it’s better to sail at full speed because this massive ship is no joke.
This battle is almost uneven; you can't even get close to Medusa unless you max out all your abilities and upgrade all your weapons, and if you don’t prepare well, Medusa will send you to the grave immediately. Even if you're fully equipped, it won’t be easy.
I probably don't need to remind you that one of Medusa's attacks will freeze you in place. If she spots you, you will be in trouble, and what makes it even harder is that you have to fend off her petrified soldiers while avoiding her gaze. Medusa won’t be in a weak position until you eliminate all her warriors, but that’s when the real battle begins. Medusa can teleport on the battlefield, and she excels at both ranged and close attacks, making it almost impossible to catch your breath or develop a real strategy. Therefore, you need to play with absolute precision because any wrong move will lead to your doom.
I always look for a good story, a well-crafted scenario, and an exciting dramatic plot in any video game, and I don't mind delving into competitive games with innovative and exciting ideas.
