“Wink Wink” arrives after the headline-baiting single “ Rock Music ” and the more traditionally pop-indebted song “ SS26 .” (No, their accompanying “ b-sides ” aren’t part of the album’s tracklist.) Charli XCX previously denied that Music, Fashion, Film is a rock album, but it does seem like she got plenty of inspiration beyond the dance floor — or at least in terms of who she rang up to pose for its cover: John Cale , fashion designer Marc Jacobs, and director Martin Scorsese.
Music, Fashion, Film is out July 24 via Atlantic. It’s her second full-length album of 2026 and the official follow-up to Brat , seeing as Wuthering Heights was a companion album soundtracking Emerald Fennell’s film adaptation of the titular novel. Charli XCX has a short arena tour planned to celebrate her upcoming album’s release as well as a number of headlining sets at music festivals like Lollapalooza , Outside Lands , and Austin City Limits .
