Nintendo revealed in its annual data update that it added more than 300 full-time employees during the fiscal year 2026, raising the total number of employees from 5,630 to 5,938 between April 2025 and March 2026. The average tenure of employees at the company also increased to 14.6 years, indicating the company's stability.
The permanent employees are distributed between 2,348 in Japan, 955 in North America, 671 in Europe, and 47 in Australia.
