A statement from the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division states the following:
“The contractor company will carry out maintenance work on the eastern lane of the Tripoli/Beirut highway, and the works will last approximately 3 hours starting at 09:00 AM tomorrow, Thursday, July 2, 2026. Traffic will be prohibited at the work site, and traffic will be redirected towards the Peace Roundabout and the coastal road.
Citizens are requested to take notice and adhere to the directives and guidance of the Internal Security Forces personnel, as well as the guiding traffic signs, in order to maintain public safety.”
