This generous width breaks the usual longitudinal pattern, granting the internal space a horizontal depth that alters the user's sensory perception, transitioning them from a feeling of "constriction" to a feeling of "expansion". The external massing is based on a design language inspired by Scandinavian chalets, where wooden cladding integrates with a metal roof and a covered front porch to form a cohesive mass with a sober character that interacts with its surroundings, moving away from the temporary appearance of prefabricated units.
