The ambient dub producer and clarinetist will release Memoria on September 4 via Smalltown Supersound . She’s also shared the album’s first single. Listen to “Entre Nosotros” below.
Villain’s follow-up to 2022’s Only Love From Now On , Memoria borrows its title from Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s 2021 film. She also drew inspiration from pioneering electronic composer Pauline Oliveros ’ “writings on internally recalled sounds,” according to press materials.
