Rocket sirens sounded in Bahrain this morning (Sunday) as the United Arab Emirates and Qatar faced an Iranian attack and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the targeting of the Prince Hassan Air Base in Jordan.
Qatar announced that its armed forces had intercepted a missile attack, while the UAE Ministry of Defense stated that air defenses were dealing with missile and drone attacks, and reported that "the sounds heard in various areas of the state are the result of the UAE air defense systems dealing with ballistic and cruise missiles and drones," while the Bahraini Ministry of Interior urged residents to stay in a safe place and follow the warnings and updates on official sites, before announcing that its air defenses were responding to Iranian assaults.
