That’s been true on the court, with the (albeit brief) return of Serena Williams , as well as strong runnings by Naomi Osaka , Aryna Sabalenka , and Coco Gauff . Beyond the tramlines on Centre Court, the 2026 Wimbledon tennis competition is sure to live up to previous years, renowned as one of the great British summer’s best spots for some top-tier celebrity spotting. That’s all amid a sweltering British summer, too—not that that means anyone has let up on serving a look. Keira Knightly, for one, debuted a breezy new micro-bob, while Kate Middleton forwent her usual traditional green in favor of a form-fitting red dress with a peplum detail waist by Roland Mouret. Many stars opted for the collegiate sporty styles of Ralph Lauren, like Lily Collins and Bridgerton’s suave Luke Thompson. Some, like Cynthia Erivo, made multiple visits to Centre Court. Then there was superstar Grace Jones who was just, well, Grace Jones .
