Travel + Leisure closed its acquisition of Yes& Vacations on Wednesday and signed a definitive deal for Spinnaker Resorts for a combined $343 million upfront, plus up to $10 million in performance-based payments.
The two deals add 23 resorts to Travel + Leisure's portfolio of more than 280 resorts.
