The Mount Lebanon Criminal Court, presided over by Judge Eli Helou, with the membership of advisers (Rania Rahma and Nour Al-Hout), and in the presence of the public prosecutor's representative, issued an in absentia ruling against Dr. Fod imposing a life sentence of hard labor on him and on a group of defendants.
They are: Kamal Abbas Ramadan: mother Meryam, born 1971, Syrian nationality (detained in person).
– Ahmed Dolf Al-Yusuf: mother Khadija, Syrian nationality (detained in absentia).
– Abdul Karim Zaher Al-Salem: mother Manal, born 1992, Syrian nationality (detained in person).
– Hassan Atiyah Diab: mother Meryam, born 1976 (detained in absentia).
Convicting the defendants (Ahmed Dolf Al-Yusuf, Abdul Karim Zaher Al-Salem, Hassan Atiyah Diab, Muhammad Abdullah Al-Ali, and George Hanna Deb...) under Article 150 of the narcotics law.
– Imposing lifelong hard labor sentences on them.
– Fining each of them an amount of one hundred and twenty million Lebanese Lira (120,000,000 L.L.).
– Stripping the defendants in absentia of their civil rights.
