Tasnim News Agency reported that the Iranian IRGC stated it attacked a US special operations command center in Al-Tanf, Syria, in response to the killing of Iranian soldiers in Iranshahr.
Reuters was unable to independently verify the report. The IRGC also stated that Iran maintains full control over the Strait of Hormuz and that no oil or gas will be exported through the waterway as long as the American attacks continue.
