Discovery merger trial for next March , shortly before the company gave its Q2 earnings call on Tuesday.

81.6 million—Paramount+ subscribers worldwide after 2 million additions in the quarter.

$30 billion—Expected total revenue in 2026, reflecting 4% growth year over year.

Double-digits—According to Paramount, its upfront delivered double-digit growth in commitments across the company.

In its Q2 earnings report, Paramount Skydance says it fully expects its $111 billion merger transaction for Warner Bros. Discovery to close. The company made the statement despite the transaction currently being in limbo due to an antitrust trial brought on by state attorneys that’s set for next March.
