On Wednesday, July 29, Vogue Business and commerce platform Swap joined forces to bring together a select group of leaders in the industry, to discuss the changes at hand and share ideas, learnings, wins and challenges among a like-minded group of peers.

Over a seated dinner at Louisa’s, a private event space inside New York City hotel and members’ club the Twenty Two, guests from brands including Hermès, Tory Burch, Balenciaga, Khaite, Gucci, Estée Lauder Companies, Guerlain, and more shared their views on what the future of shopping will bring, and how to stay ahead.
